Accredited Vendor. What is it? How can I be one? First a vendor has to make a request to be accredited. After which time we confirm that they do indeed sell the products and services they have stated. They also have to be an expert in their chosen field of expertise. Anyone can sell anything to anyone. But does this company really feature these particular products and services? Do they have the technical know how and experience to fulfilled your requirements successfully? How long have they been in the business? Do they stand by their work? A company may have been the best in the world in the past but in they don't respond to emails, have a web site that works, most users like yourself don't want to waste a lot of time with a company that isn't 'Internet Responsive' which is part of our accreditation process. Additionally for a vendor to be accredited they also have to have a working relationship with this company. If we can't get telephone or email inquiries answered for a given vendor, obviously it would be impossible for us to give this vendor accredited status. |
