The Townsend QX System combines the world's preeminent coextrusion technologies. It is an automated process that simultaneously extrudes a continuous flow of meat batter and a thin outside layer of collagen, making the casing as the sausage is produced.
QX Fresh
The QX System is completely automated and can make from breakfast links to fresh bratwurst.
QX Dried Sausage System
Process diameters from 8mm to 43mm and lengths from 25 mm to more than 800 mm. Make snack sticks, pepperoni and salami.
QX Link System
QX System makes a variety of linked products like hot dogs, frankfurters, dinner sausages and cocktails.
