Our factory ,Dinghai Jingzhi Machinery Factory in China,was established in 1990 in China.We have more than 10 years' experience and reputation in making bimetallic and nitrified barrels and screws which are for plastic ,rubber, fibre injection and extrusion machines.
As we know, bimetal has a quite good quality which is much better than nitrified. The Ni-group and Co-group of the alloy have an excellent performance of abrasion resistance and anti-corrosion.
Definitely, the useful life of the bimetallic products is extended 3-4 times as long as nitrified. However the price of bimetal is only 1.5-2 times as the nitrified in the same category.The most importance is that our prices are much cheaper than any others you've met.
