Helicoid Flighting
Uniflyte CO. Ltd. can supply helicoid flighting that is precision roll formed from mild or stainless steel. We can produce standard sizes, or to suit your custom specifications.
Helicoid flighting is suitable for both industrial or agricultural applications, and more economical than sectional flighting.
Sectional Flighting
Sectional flighting is produced in a range of standard sizes, from 6" to 24". (Larger sizes may be available upon request)
Sectional flighting is most often used for heavy duty applications were helicoid flighting is not suitable. Industries such as feed mills, construction, and mining enjoy the durable features that sectional flighting offers to their processes.

High Performance Rollers
Our specially engineered rollers are the heart of the equipment, which produces an accurate, evenly spaced flight. The close tolerances achieved cut down on assembly time, when it comes to incorporating the flight, into a finished product.
The forming rolls are made of a special alloy to resist extreme pressure, often inherent in the roll forming process.
A special surface grinder is available to allow the operator to keep the rollers forming at the maximum performance level, at the same time, prolonging roller life.
The unique grinder design, allows the operator to grind the rollers without disassembling the machine, keeping downtime to an absolute minimum.
