Our Ability:

In our manufacturing facilities, “NLMT” is able to offer a variety of conventional and technologically advanced services. High-Tech computers allow “NLMT” the advantage of computer design and manufacturing along with closer customer contact. Our CAD facilities are complemented with CAM capability on the production floor; the latest CNC EDM and CMM equipment is also part of “NLMT” manufacturing strength. We are adopts international advanced system - CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and processing. We use professional software such as Pro-E, Solidworks, and UG.

Customer may provide us theirs 2D or 3D drawing in DXF, DWG, STEP, VDA, SAT, IGES format, or just send us the sample. At the same time, we can design mould according to customer’s requirement, such as GE, SHARP. We will measure the sample and make product blueprint, begin to design the mould assembly drawing after customer confirm the blueprint. We can also design mould for customer independently, offer trial sample for customer's final confirmation, think over and get the best solution for you.
