Plasma Team has over 25 years’ experience in plasma welding and is one of the world’s leading suppliers of Plasma Transferred Arc equipments to the hardfacing industry, with key processes developed for both the small Workshops and Manufacturing Industries.
The Company maintains close collaborative links with both Academia and industrial Partners and attributes much of its success to joint ventures into European projects ["Antiwear Hardfacing by P.T.A. Process and torch for wire filler deposition" , Brite EuRam II, Contract No. BRE2-CT93-0780, DGXII-CEC-BRUSSELS (1995)].

The major efforts have been devoted to the improvement of welding accessories (plasma torches, powder dispensers, high speed oscillators) and to a new design of PTA power sources.
* PLASMA Team has studied and resolved the automatic hardfacing on engine valve seats reaching an outstanding position in this important market.
* Nowadays, our Company controls 80% of the Italian market and is the leader in the production of fully automatic, turnkeys equipments for PTA hardfacing by powders.
* On November 25 - December 2, 1997, PLASMA Team was present in Bijing - CHINA to the demonstrative project Lamba Valves in combination of the most qualified Italian Companies for Valves Production Line
* Since December 12, 2000 PLASMA Team is in compliance with the STANDARD UNI EN ISO 9002:1994 concerning the following kinds of products:
