To meet the demands for outsourced process development, Hosokawa Bepex has created independent test cells within our Process Technology Testing Center.
One important facility element is PolyQuestSM, a first of its kind polymer development center focused on thermal processing applications in the polymer industry.
Another area of our process technology testing center is dedicated to food. Our food tech center is capable of small-scale production for market testing and initial entry quantities.
Two additional test bays are available for chemical processing. Multiple unit operations can be combined to provide a complete process for development purposes. Available unit operations are size reduction, drying, cooling, mixing, agglomeration, compaction and liquid solid separation. Additional processing steps can be incorporated as needed by leasing the required equipment.
State-of-the-art analytical labs provide complete and timely results. In addition to the standard moisture and particle size analysis, our test center also the following equipment: Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM); Thermal Gravimetric Analysis; Gas Chromatograph; Colorimeter; Karl Fisher and Melt index.
If your requirements are for custom processing/processing development, Hosokawa Bepex is equipped to meet your needs. We work with customers to help develop processes to produce an intermediate or end product. Hosokawa Bepex can provide custom process production for our customers.
