We are committed to servicing our clients efficiently and promptly. We maintain an inventory consisting of thousands of spare parts for same or next day shipment. In fact, most spare parts orders are filled within 24 hours after order placement.
Our Parts Manager, has an excellent knowledge of all Ross machines and has held this position for nearly 18 years. Our staff is available to assist you whenever you call.
The Ross Field Service group is available for domestic and worldwide field service calls. Our technicians are all direct employees of our company and have been extensively trained in the specific machines for which they are sent to maintain and repair.
Each of our domestic manufacturing facilities include areas for mixer reconditioning. Mixers can be sent to us for a complete evaluation. After the evaluation is completed, an estimate is prepared and forwarded to the client for his approval.
We now accept Visa, American Express and Mastercard for most parts orders.
