ACCURATE® A PROFILE
The last 30 years have brought dramatic changes to AccuRate® and to the range of bulk solids handling products and controls we offer customers in the food, pharmaceutical, plastic and chemical industries. From a small innovative flexible-walled volumetric feeder manufacturer in south central Wisconsin, AccuRate® has evolved into a major supplier of volumetric and gravimetric feeders, impact plate and coriolis dry material flow meters, weighbelt feeders, belt scales, bulk bag discharging stations, controlled rate bin dischargers, louvered vibratory feeders, controls and custom systems.
Organizationally, since 1994, AccuRate® has been a wholly owned affiliate of 120 year old SCHENCK Process, Darmstadt, Germany. AccuRate® and other SCHENCK affiliates in Europe, UK, China, Australia, Singapore, India, South Africa and Brazil provide sales, service and engineering support to customers worldwide.
Technically and operationally, AccuRate®, is an ISO 9001 certified, fully self-contained manufacturer of bulk solids handling products, systems and controls. Today, numerous patents and awards for technology and innovation are associated with AccuRate® products like SacMaster Bulk Bag Discharging Systems, MECHATRON® Volumetric & Gravimetric Screw Feeders and DISOCONT® Modular Gravimetric Control Systems.
Material testing is ultimately, the surest way to evaluate a feeding systems performance. Thats why AccuRate® offers its customers free access to its fully equipped test lab. Trained and experienced test technicians use a Jenike & Johanson Shear Tester and actual equipment to arrive at the optimum equipment configuration for a given material. With over 30,000 feeders shipped to destinations worldwide, there's a wealth of experience we can apply to each customer's material and situation.
MECHATRON® FEEDERS
By introducing the revolutionary MECHATRON® family of feeders, SCHENCK AccuRate® has not only engineered a superior feeder design that makes so much sense it could obsolete all others, but also brings you automation features that drastically reduce capital investment and installation costs.
MECHATRON® feeders feature "Mechatronics," a new design philosophy used to describe the total integration of mechanics and electronics. Motors and all control requirements are integrated and pre-wired in the feeder so that commissioning is accomplished by simply bringing power and communications to the unit.
Use the new MECHATRON® feeder together with AccuRate®'s revolutionary DISOCONT® control electronics. Integrating your bulk solids metering process into your plant's supervisory control system becomes easier and more cost efficient than you ever imagined.
"MC 3-A-S" MECHATRON® FEEDER
SCHENCK AccuRates USDA/3-A Dairy Accepted MECHATRON® Feeder was designed specifically for use in the food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries where equipment and processes must meet 3-A Dairy sanitary levels or equivalent. Using the award winning MECHATRON® Feeder as the basis for the new offering; welds, radii, seals, surface finishes, gaskets and all contact and non-contact materials were reviewed and specified as directed by USDA inspectors. Volumetric and gravimetric feeders compliant with 3-A sanitary standards resulted. Available product features include AC drive packages, an FDA/USDA accepted Coni-Flex flexible conical feed hopper (patent pending), helix configurations for feed rates from 0.30 to 330 cubic feet (8.5 to 9,300 liters) per hour and an unmatched ability to disassemble, clean, reconfigure, and service from the non-process side of the feeder.

VOLUMETRIC TUF-FLEX SERIES FEEDERS
In most every industry worldwide, from chemicals to food, plastics, pharmaceuticals and countless others, you'll find AccuRate® volumetric feeders at work, metering fine powders, flakes, granules, chips, fibers, pellets and anything else imaginable.
Instead of incorporating traditional internal stirring or vibration devices to keep material moving, AccuRate® pioneered the preferred Tuf-Flex seamless vinyl hopper, that is externally massaged by two agitation paddles. Material is conditioned to a uniform bulk density, evenly filling the flights of the feed screw, eliminating ratholing and bridging. The result is excellent volumetric accuracy. Volumetric feeding deviations range from +/-0.5% to 3% for most materials.
Food grade and industrial vinyl hopper
Dual paddle action
Feed rates from .000017 to 280 cubic ft/hr
SOLIDSFLOW® FEEDERS
No moving parts, no flow-aid devices and the ability to volumetrically or gravimetrically meter abrasives, friables and even stranded fiberglass are just some of the reasons we invite you to take a closer look at our SolidsFlow® feeder line.

SOLIDSFLOW® USDA ACCEPTED MODEL 2000 FEEDER
SCHENCK AccuRates SolidsFlow® USDA Accepted Model 2000 Feeder was designed specifically for use in the food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries where equipment and processes must meet stringent sanitary levels. Using the SolidsFlow® Model 2000 feeder as the basis for the new offering; welds, radii, seals, surface finishes, gaskets and all contact and non-contact materials were reviewed and specified as directed by USDA inspectors and found to be compliant with the sanitary requirements set forth by the USDA. This mass flow feeder is based on louvered vibratory feeding technology. The feeder utilizes a vibrating drive and tray frame, which contains a removable feed tray. Material flow stops under the action of the angle of repose of the product. With no moving parts, the Model 2000 requires little maintenance. Offered in volumetric and gravimetric models with feed rates up to 341 cubic feet (9,657 liters) per hour.
