Started in 1986, E & O Tool & Plastics, Inc. has developed into a full-service injection molding company. Utilizing 35 presses ranging in size from 38 to 500 tons, we are capable of providing a diverse set of size solutions. We offer full tooling capabilities, including in-house mold design and build, proto-typing, repair and maintenance. Our contract manufacturing program combines our molding and tooling capabilities with fulfillment and assembly operations in order to provide turn-key solutions. We service a wide variety of industries, including appliance, home hardware, automotive, sporting goods, and high-technology.

Our design process begins with input from customers and our experienced Sales Engineers. This early customer involvement ensures cost effective molds, produces molded parts that are designed for manufacturability, and makes sure the parts function asintended. Our full-time design staff can create models for you, or supply a wide variety of support services to speed your development process. We carry a full-time Qualification staff responsible for design and molding analysis in order to produce maximum production tool results, ultimately resulting in cost savings to our customers via maximum material and press utilization.
