Established in 1980, Zarsky Industries has been designing and manufacturing standard and specialty water chillers for over 20 years. In addition to our line of portable water chillers, we supply stationary units manufactured by one of the world's largest producers of air and water cooled chillers and air conditioning equipment.

Located in Houston, Texas we are convenient to International ports, Mexico, Central and South America.

We pride ourselves in being able to provide chillers that are among the best quality, with the lowest costs and longest warranty. Most of our chillers are in stock and available for immediate shipment , machine usually ships the same day of order. For more information please contact us.

Air Cooled: Air cooled chillers absorb heat from process water and can be transferred to the air around the chiller. They are generally used in applications where the additional heat they discharge is not a factor, used to warm a plant during the winter. They require less maintenance than water cooled units and eliminate the need for a cooling tower and condense water pump. They generally consume approximately 10% more power than a water cooled unit as a wet surface transfers heat better than a dry surface.

Water Cooled: Water cooled chillers absorb heat from process water and transfer it to a separate water source such as a cooling tower, river, pond, etc. They are generally used for large capacity applications, where the heat generated by an air cooled chiller creates a problem. They are also considered when a cooling tower is already in place, or where the customer requires optimum efficiency of power consumption. Water cooled chillers require condenser water treatment to eliminate mineral buildup. Mineral deposits create poor heat transfer situations, that reduce the efficiency of the unit.

Standard Flow: is a portable chiller with a tank. They are used in closed loop cooling applications where all of the water pumped from the chiller returns to the machines under pressure generated by the chiller pump.

Reverse Flow: is a portable chiller without a tank. It is used in open loop cooling applications where an external tank or trough is used. This tank or trough must gravity feed into the chiller pump which sends water through the chiller and filter, back to the process or back to the tank or trough.
