Confused about the best way to handle multiphase crude oil flow? Let Warren Pumps help you decide on what technology is the most sound and economically feasible choice for your application requirements.
Warren Pumps and its Colfax affiliates throughout the world have combined their product knowledge and engineering know-how to offer the crude oil market two types of multiphase pumps under the trade name ALL-PHASE.
If you have a multiphase application, rely on Warrens experience and expertise to assist you with determining the best solution for your application needs.
Why Warren?
Because Warren can offer you something our competitors are afraid to do
rival one technology against another! Warren offers both progressive cavity (PC) and two screw pumps (TS) to the multiphase pump market. How can Warren offer both? Because we are the positive displacement experts.
Through our own extensive market research we have discovered that there are a lot of misconceptions about multiphase.
Here are some questions to ask your multiphase pump representative when considering their proposed technology:
* At what point does a progressive cavity pump make a better multiphase pump choice over a two screw pump?
* Do I really need a sophisticated multiphase system if my GOR is 50%?
* At what point does the sand percentage in the crude oil eliminate the two screw technology from being feasible?
* Should I ever consider a two screw multiphase pump at relatively low flows?
For help with answers to your multiphase pumping questions contact us at warrrensales@colfaxcorp.com or call our factory direct at 1+ 413-436-7111
Since the early 1900s Warren has been a major supplier of pumps to the US Navy. During WWI, Warren played a significant role in the war, turning over its entire plant to the production of naval pumps. Many of the battleships built at this time were outfitted with steam reciprocating units. In 1924 Warren began manufacturing centrifugal pump designs, and later, in 1960 added rotary pumps.
Today, Warrens products for the Navy are as diverse as the ships they are found on. Warren pumps can be found on nuclear submarines, aircraft carriers, cruisers, destroyers and amphibious assault ships of all sizes.
