Reprocessed Pellet & Powder Perhaps when you think of recycled resin, you think of pulverized regrind. While that can be great for some jobs, it cant approach the quality of our compounded material. We start with clean regrind, quality assured by our in-house lab. We blend in a proprietary package of color and stabilizers, and extrude pellets. Then, we pulverize these on our state-of-the-art systems. The result is a clean powder that molds and impact tests better than virgin dry-blend. Pulverized Regrind If economy is your primary consideration, nobody makes a better pulverized regrind. We start with the best regrind available, and pulverize it on mills that are optimized for regrind, so your bulk density and flowability will be almost as good as virgin. Available in dry-blend black and mixed color.
Regrind When resin supplies allow, we sell regrind. Loads are all one material, quality tested, and certificates of analysis are provided so you know the exact melt and density that youre getting.
Packaging Options Standard boxes, 1800 pound bulk bags, or bulk truck. If youve never tried bulk bags, we think youll like them. We will provide you a bag unloading station for a nominal cost per month (free if you buy one truckload per month), and we buy back the used bags for $5 each.
Rigid PVC Products
Pulverized Siding, Light Mixed Color This material is ground from siding extrusion line scrap, then pulverized to 20 mesh. There is no foreign material contamination, as would be present in material ground from modular housing plant scrap or other post-use sources. However, a small amount of burn can be present, though we try hard to keep the burned material out. Pulverizing minimizes the problems that this can cause, but it doesn't eliminate them completely. It is suitable for many end uses, including sewer and drain pipe, co-extrusion base, etc. Color is varying tan - light enough to go green.

Injection Grade PP Repro
Homopolymer, impact-modified homopolymer, and copolymer. Available in both 20 and 40 melt black. Custom melts and additives available.
