Extrusion/Compounding
We use single and twin screw extruders to produce underwater or rod cut pellets. Our focus is on unfilled and glass or mineral filled Engineering resins. Thorough feedstock incoming inspection and

Shredding/Grinding
All of our locations have the full range of recycling equipment. Our grinders are from 15 Hp to 150 Hp, and can handle molder scrap of sprues and runners up to very large molded parts, and also small to medium size purges.
Blending
Material blending is done with feedstock and finished products for uniformity. We can blend from 5000 lbs to 20,000 lbs. We can also blend color concentrate master batch per customers specification.
Drying
Desiccant and hot forced air dryers eliminates moisture issues with our materials. We also do
Toll Drying from small to truckload lots.
Optical Color Separation
Our Heath, Ohio location houses a Satake Optical color separation machine. All materials are aspirated before color sorting. We can provide 100 % color sorted final product using single or multiple passes. This is dependent on the percentage contaminant in the material. We can sort material quantities from a single box to truckload.
Product Development
Technical new product development can be done using our lab scale extruders or our production machines. Full range of auxiliary equipment is available for use in the development program. Development materials can be tested for a wide range of physical and mechanical properties in our in house laboratory.
Destruction of Products
We guarantee our suppliers and customers complete and absolute destruction of their parts. This discipline in our operations is mandated from the Chief Executive down to every employee.
Bailing
We have small and large vertical balers and also horizontal balers for fiber and film feedstock, and also for small and large molded parts.
Injection Molding / Mold Making / Mold Design
Our in house injection molding capability is from 30 tons to 700 tons. There is 25 years experience with all our key personnel. Our molding experience is with both commodity and engineering resins. We implement a comprehensive tool maintenance program.
