QTR's History

    QTR began business in 1993 and has built an excellent reputation for delivering high quality products, while achieving significant cost-savings for our customers. As company that originally began as a toll processor for major manufacturers of prime engineering resins, QTR has transitioned to a provider of high quality custom compounds.
    While polycarbonate and polycarbonate alloys are our specialty, we have a broad product line that includes ABS, PPO, PBT, Nylon, PEI, and many more. We have developed a line of UL Listed polycarbonate compounds, backed up by a GM ‘GP-10 Accredited’ quality assurance laboratory.
    As you may have read above, we have been QS-9000 registered since 1999. Since we are currently a Tier II supplier to the automotive industry, we are required to have ISO 9000 registration, but we decided to go over and above the call of duty to give our customers an even higher level of confidence in our products. We’ve been reaping the benefits ever since, and we hope that you’ll see the difference too.
