If you have a custom requirement, we probably already stock the materials needed to tailor a compound to provide the precise cost/performance you require. Utilizing our flexible compounding, blending and drying capabilities, we can develop and deliver initial requirements on tight schedules.
Consistency of Quality from MDE.
To ensure our customers confidence in MDE as a supplier, our Laboratory is organized and managed according to ISO/IEC Guide 25, "General Requirements for the Technical Competence of Testing Laboratories" (equivalent to the relevant requirements of both the ISO9000 and QS9000 Quality Standards), and is accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation - "A2LA."
Our Quality Control methodology surpasses the dependence on statistical controls typical in our industry. It provides accurate, dependable, continuing characterization of both incoming feedstocks and outgoing materials. Lot-to-lot uniformity is a given requirement. The physical and mechanical properties of each lot shipped are measured, recorded, and compared to specification requirements, and then can be reported in any format required by our customers.
Utilizing our A2LA Accreditation, we are ready to seek source approvals for industry specifications. We also have continuing programs with Underwriters Laboratories.
MDE is fully equipped to consistently meet stringent requirements for the quality of both our standard and custom compounds, as well as formulate new products in response to new application requirements.
