Injection Molding
Our customer's needs come first when it comes to scheduling. That's why we've invested in 34 presses with tonnage ranging from 22 to 400 ton capacity. Over 75% are closed loop which ensures greater molding accuracy and repeatability. Automation is steadily increasing at Crystal Die & Mold with robots in place and an extensive conveyor utilization.
Our Micro-Processor Controlled Dryers are supported by Meltflow Analysis and Moisture Analyzer.
