ENGINEERING
Grant's engineering team works closely with our customers during each stage of product development.
We share our knowledge, and experience in, part design, mold design, plastics processing, assembly and packaging with our customer to insure optimum manufacturing efficiencies.
We utilize both Cadkey and Pro-E, for product design, mold design, machine design, and to interface with our customers engineering and design personnel.
TOOLING
Flexible utilization of in-house, domestic, and offshore mold and tool resources assures you of on time, on budget, tools and molds.
Mold Flow Analysis combined with years of experience in engineering and tool making rapidly validates mold designs prior to construction. Mold repairs and scheduled maintenance are done in a timely fashion utilizing our network of tooling resources with
minimal downtime.
MOLDING
Grant Plastics provides both injection and blow molding in one location, which allows you single souring and design flexibility for our molded product requirements.
We process an extensive variety of thermoplastic resins in both our injection and blow molding equipment. A large variety of equipment -50 to 750 ton injection and ΒΌ to 6lbs. Blow molding machines insure that we have the correct equipment for your project.
QUALITY CONTROL
We create specific quality programs to meet the unique requirements of your products.
We Work closely with your engineering and quality personnel to establish critical part parameters and develop a quality plan for your products.
First article inspections are performed for new and revised parts as well as for process changes. Capability studies are performed for critical part parameters
Statistical techniques are used to monitor machine performance and part quality. We provide you the documentation that validates your products are statistically in tolerance. Currently ISO Compliant and soon to be ISO Certified.
TURN KEY MANUFACTURING
Grant Plastics offers turnkey manufacturing consisting of packaging and component procurement, blow molding and injection molding, secondary part finishing, and product assembly at the molding machines.
OPERATIONS
In addition to our standard molding services Grant Plastics offers their customers additional value support.
We provide 20,000 Sq. ft. warehouse for stocking programs, and three full shifts of production to maximize output and meet critical delivery schedules.

State of the art computer controls are used to easily adapt the machines to your products needs.
INJECTION MOLDING
