Our services begin at project conception and follow through completion with professional project management. As your One Source molder, we'll cover the details and assist your company's product through design, rapid prototyping, tooling and into manufacturing. Our on-site toolroom, automated material handling system, process controllable injection molding machines, internal assembly operation along with outsourced rapid prototyping and secondary services provides our customers a complete One Source Solution.
B&B Molders LLC produces custom thermoplastic injection molded parts and components for virtually any application. Our 16 injection molding machines range in size from 55 ton to 400 ton. Our 24 hr/5 day production operation, flexible to 7 days for increased customer demands, allows us to produce small to large sized parts at any quantity desired. Our New product development services include Autocad 2000 for 2D drawings, Mechanical Desktop for 3D model generation and Moldflow Analysis that addresses many key manufacturing and tooling concerns in the design phase of product development.
B&B Molders LLC understands Time is Money. Our on-site toolroom with CNC machining capabilities and external rapid product development services including SLA, SLS, and RTV urethane casting that allows for quick project development and completion time.
