Our expertise ranges from critical tolerance engineering components to standard consumer commodity products. As a custom injection molder, JPMC has expertise in processing both the engineering grade thermoplastics and commodity grade materials.

Complete Mold, Plastics, and Part Qualification Services
JPMC specializes in the sampling of new and rebuilt tooling as well as developing processing parameters to produce quality plastic parts. During this time, we are capable of sampling multiple resins for your part. Our experienced staff has advanced knowledge with the processing characteristics of many grades of resins. We will also utilize metrology techniques in order to evaluate your parts for geometrical accuracy.
High-Volume Production Services
JPMC has the facilities and workforce to produce thermoplastic molded parts efficiently and with complete quality assurance. We currently operate 26 presses, ranging from 50-ton to 500-ton, with an average machine age of 5 years, on a continuos three-shift operation.
