We exported moulds with full set of mould assembly drawing and components
drawing to our customer for their information supplement, it is a value-added
service and totally fee-free; we also provide a full range of after-sell

for replacement, assign engineer to help customer solve problem and get

Mould Trial
Leader Mold has projection and coordinator. Trial
reports & process data are provided to the customer for
rapid start up. You can be assured of tight quality
control that guarantees an excellent product every time.
Mould trial samples will be provided together with inspection reports

Molding Machines:
Leader Mold molding department has 25
injection-molding machines from 80-400 tons.
Molding Material:
Leader Mold offers wide range of materials to meet customers
difference product specifications: ABS, PC/ABS, PPO (Noryl), Polyamide (Nylon),
Polycarbonate, Polypropylene, Polystyrene, Acetal and some special material
such as PEEK and Ultem.
Material Colorings:
Leader Mold gets Master batches from top quality suppliers
in the area thus minimizing problems in color matching. The master batch is
mixed in a clean area with ample dust extraction to ensure no problems with
black spots.
Molding Quantity:
Leader Mold operates a very flexible service for supplying
smaller quantities of parts with assembly and finishing. we do all the works
ourselves; you need never spend another dollar on mold maintenance or replacement
for that part.
Assembly:
Leader Mold also assembles electronic and mechanical parts.
The components that are required for these assembles are made in-house whenever
possible. What we cannot manufacture ourselves we procure from qualified
outside suppliers. Assembly processes include ultrasonic welding, painting,
pad printing & packaging. QC stations are set up along the assembly line
as required and is considered part of the production process.

Measuring Machine (CMM),You can be assured of
tight quality control that guarantees an excellent
product every time.

Once the CAD data is received the tool is
manufactured, molded, trial and inspected using
the in-house Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
All of these activities are carried out in-house
to strict quality control guidelines by our
experienced staff to ensure they meet customers
specific individual requirements.

Leader Mold Project Manager is appointed to each project / customer and in charge of
the entire project from the star to finish giving the customer. Customers directly
communication with our Project Manager in charged.
Tooling Process:
To efficiently manage projects, to achieve the required delivery schedules on time,
every time, Progress charts are issued every week by Email to our customers. These
progress reports can also include computerized photographs of the work in progress.
Also, photographs of the projects progress can be sent to the customer via the Internet
within minutes, making a 'real time' tooling progress assessment
service available to our customers
