Jaygo Incorporated
Incorporated in the State of New Jersey in December 1971. Jaygo, Incorporated was originally formed as an organization selling equipment to the chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, coating, and petroleum industries. Over the years, Jaygo Incorporated has grown to become a manufacturer of filter/dryers, ribbon blenders, high/low speed dispersers, high speed dryers, specialty blenders for waste materials, as well as custom fabrication.
Vee & Double Cone Blenders
Jaygo Heavy Duty Vee and Double Cone Blenders can be designed with liquid feed bars, intensifier bars, jacketed for heating or cooling and to operate under vacuum. Standard capacities from 1-1500 cu. ft. (larger sizes available).
These are one of the most gentle and cost effective ways to blend powders.

Jaygo Saturn conical processors are used as blenders, homogenizers, reaction vessels, vacuum dryers and live storage hoppers.
They are used in the following industries: Chemicals, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Cosmetics, Plastics and Rubber. Saturn Conical Screw Processors can be supplied in mild steel and varying grades of stainless.
Jacketed units are available for heating and cooling. Liquid injection and dispersing equipment can be added.
Sizes available to 2650 cu./ft. (75 cu. meters).
The Saturn Unit has a tapered screw as standard construction. The tapered screw is more efficient than the straight screw. This design reduces the total overall height, decreases the blending time and improves the efficiency of the the Saturn Unit. The tapered screw eliminates the necessity for having twin screws in large blenders.
SATURN VACUUM UNIT
The Saturn vacuum unit is designed for mixing under vacuum, those products that have the tendency to entrap air during the mixing operation. For example, plastisols adhesive, toothpaste, gel shampoo and many food products.
SATURN VACUUM DRYER
The Saturn Vacuum Drying unit is used for drying powders, granules and removing solvent from the product.
Saturn processors are available with numerous options, so the unit you order is virtually customized to meet the needs of your operation.
