Using state-of-the-art software such as SURFCAM and AutoCAD, we are able to design and tool very complex drawings, from print to screen to mold to part.
Our toolmakers strive to be the best. With expertise with CAD/CAM, EDM, and all conventional machining methods, we are able to produce very close-tolerance, molded plastic parts for a wide array of large corporations, including Eaton, Delphi, and Hobbs.
All of our injection molding is handled by a team of skilled molders. Their knowledge of processing material from drying to cycling machines ensures quality molded parts. Likewise, inspections for tolerance and part deformity controls quality and provide excellence in customer satisfaction.
