TM-Consultants is the international representative for Coatings For Industry (CFI), with exclusive rights to distribute all CFI’s products, including AlSEAL® inorganic sacrificial corrosion and oxidation resistant aircraft coatings. These products find most use on gas turbines in electric power plants and on aircraft engines in both commercial and military use. Alseal coatings can provide corrosion protection to metal surfaces at temperatures up to 620° C (1150° F) and will continue to offer oxidation protection above 1100° C (2000° F).
Powders
TMC also supplies cemented carbide products as well as powders and wires for various welding and coating processes. All TMC’s advanced materials are of the highest quality. Our powders are optimized for specific application such as plasma or HVOF spraying, laser cladding and PTA or microplasma welding. Customized powders are available upon request.
At TMC we work with our clients/partners assisting them with all issues of process development, materials selection, fixturing/tooling and parameters optimization.
TMC specializes in custom materials, and can provide both development and production lots to your specifications.

TMC has exclusive rights to sell PlasmaTeam’s Plasma Transferred Arc (PTA) Equipment in Australia, New Zealand, USA, China, Poland and EC East Countries.
PlasmaTeam manufactures Plasma Transferred Arc equipments for powder hardfacing, including all the welding accessories required for PTA welding.
Our Equipment uses Powder Plasma Arc Welding process. Typical powder sizes are within the 45 to 180 micrometers and largely depend on PTA torch type and specifics of the welding process.
PlasmaTeam is specialized in PTA automatic equipments, capable of continuous operation 24 hours/day, 7 days a week, with high production rates and fully automatic operation. This requires PTA power sources and PTA torches of exceptional reliability and process repetitiveness.
