Design

Owing to integrated Delcam Power Solution software we possess a unique possibility to exploit techniques of solid modelling, surface modelling and triangle modelling.

This gives us the ability to a very quick preparation of a concept for a new product or a modification of one, which already exists. We give to your disposal stands equipped with PowerShape, CopyCAD and ArtCAM. For our own use we have a 3D scanner, which enables us to digitize 3D geometry.



Construction

Many years' experience of our constructors acquired thanks to cooperating mostly with automotive and aerial industry (BMW, WV, Daewoo, Porsche, FIAT, Mauser, Pratt&Whitney) allows us to create mould constructions at world's standards. For this purpose we use CAD modules for designing moulds and electrodes.A varification to our qualifications is close and long-term cooperation with our customers supported by reference letters and new orders.



CNC programming

Constant training and experience gained every day in our own shopflor allows us to equal programming jobs for any 5-axis inclusive steerage and in HSM (HSC) strategies. We create postprocessors, we have our own FTP server, through which we send programs of unrestricted size. Our services allow you to lower your costs of CAD/CAM software investments and trainings by well trained engineers' staff. Documents as well as CNC programms created in our company are covered with warantees and we take full responsibility for results of our work.

Mould and tooling production

We have our own shopflor equipped with a modern milling center with inspection equipment, milling and grinding machines, drillers and other tools imperative for mould production. In 2004 we have received a prestigious award decreeded by Wielkopolski Instytut Jakos´ci, which confirms fulfilling the requirements of TQM quality culture model. We specialize in thermoplast processing moulds injection moulds, blowing, for thermoforming and injection and casting of aluminum and magnesium. Production of plastic parts

Wishing to fulfill all of our customers needs we give to their disposal our injection department. We own Demag injection machines. Our technologists, who take part in every step of the project, from the moment of creating the costruction of detail will ensure high quality of all projects.

Research & Development

Our company constists of a young team, which leads to dynamic development and constant upgrading of our qualifications. In practice this translates to regular training in many fields. The most important are:

Training in the range of construction and CAD modelling at Delcam headquarters in England.

In the range of the cutting process, in cooperation with Kennametal, we carry out research on construction and development of tools for Die&Mould.

In the range of Reverse Engineering and metrology, together with Division of Metrology and Measurment Systems of the Technical University of Poznan , we carry out work on progressive methods for 3D shape and measurment systems.

How can you deliver data to us in order to make an injection mould?

Perfecttool realises its products comprehensively. Information about a product can be delivered in many different forms. It can be an idea how to make a product, it can be a model made of plaster, wood etc., also, it can be a 3D file in many various formats, it can be two-dimensional constructional documentation. We can cope with each of all these pieces of information to get a good injection mould or a pressure casting die for rubber, etc.

Is it possible to order from you only CNC programs? How is it carried out and how much does it cost?

Yes, one of basic activities of our firm is a service of writing CNC programs for milling machines and turning lathes. We realise hundreds of such orders a month.
Owing to our having clients from all over Poland we are familiar with practically every steering and using it we postprocess programs.

The realisation usually takes place in the following way:
After agreeing on the scope of work and technical details concerning steering and tooling that our clients possess we write the programs. Next, we usually take part in the implementation when we acquaint ourselves in detail with the characteristics of a tool shop and people who work there (a very important aspect). Then during further orders we deliver products via the internet (e-mail, we make our ftp server available, etc.) or in a conventional way.

We take full responsibility for all programs. Our client becomes an owner of a particular program and pays for it only once. For example, if in ten years our client wishes to resume production it will do to contact us because all the projects are archived and made available to the interested immediately when they need it. Costs are the question of individual cases. We write programs for 50 € but we also realise projects for 100 000 €. All depends on the complexity of a problem.
