STAN-MARK company is owned by Karpinski Family. Firm operates on the market since 1985. The company originates from late 60ies when started designing and making injection molding forms. After founding Stan-Mark started to produce custom injection molds and various final elements from plastic. In 90-ies biggest customer was IKEA with its 200 markets, actually company works with about 20 customers for which prepared successfully custom injection molds and produce for them about 180 various products.
We offer injection moulding services and custom injection moulds designs and production. Our production facility placed In Poland can assure low cost both for production and custom molds preparation (design & production). We are prepared for highest quality expectations in injection mould making and final production in process of custom injection molding. Production is performed on electronically controlled machines giving chance to assure high overall process quality.Â

Since 1996 we offer injection molding services and injection molds production. In our facility we process main plastics:

  Our company is equipped Wit 7 automated injection machines with electronic controllers. In December 2004 we installed very modern new plastic injection machine DEMAGenergotech in EXTRA version. This machine comes with one of the best controllers NC4. It’s constructions let lower energy consumption even for about 20-30%, comparing to earlier constructions.
  We also process construction thermoplastic materials with glass fiber and glass balls with fill up to 50%. Some elements produced from steel, brass or bronze at our customers we replaced plastic injection technology with materials PAGF50, POM or PPS.
We produce very precise plastic elements made of POM, which are used in very hard environment condition: in temperatures from - 40 °C to + 95 °C. Dimensions tolerance on some elements produced at our company with plastic injection technology reach tolerance expected for steel: ± 0,02 mm.
  We produce also ring for light lamp – reflector for photo studios where plastic PPS is to operate in temperatures reaching 240-260 °C.
  Most of plastic and materials processed at our company comes from well know international companies as: DU POND, EXON, TICONA, SHULMAN, ELF and other.
  For design of injection moulds we use computer aided design technologies. For many constructions we use standardized molds elements body, frame, date stamps, markers coming from: HASCO, STARCK, DME, FCPK BYTOW.
  Production of plastic injection moulds is made on modern digital machine tools at our associate contractors. Final assembly with detailed grinding and polishing is made in our tool room.
Cooperation
  Since 8 years we are suppliers of 27 plastic elements for devices operating with high voltage transformers, assembled for concern ABB – factory in Poland (former ELTA Lodz, Poland), producing one of biggest transformers in Europe. Beside that we produce for electronic industry, telecommunication, construction industry and everyday household products. In past we produced elements for car seat for polish car “POLONEZ”, about 20 elements for fire exhausters, champagne corks, and many others – more then 180 various products.
  We are subcontractor for 10 elements for gas price display at petrol station, for factories in Germany, Belgium and Netherlands. These elements are made of material POM from DU POND from USA. And were tested for 20`000 work cycles in about 6 months with various conditions applied to them – 40 to + 95 C°. Final device is dedicated to work in difficult environmental conditions at artic circle, northern Canada, Sweden, Siberia and Africa.
  For production of plastic injection moulds we cooperate with suppliers using modern digital machines for metal work. This companies are with experience and long traditions reaching second and first world war as “WIFAMA-PREXER” Lodz, Poland.
  We are open on many kinds of cooperation in field of plastic injection molding, injection moulds production, and plastics processing.
