Our Products
Feedscrews
We can provide top quality replacement feedscrews to fit all models of APV, Clextral, Werner & Pfleiderer, Lalesse, Manley and Maddox extruders. Feedscrews to fit most other extruders are available on request. We can provide expert advice on the best screw materials for your application, and can provide specialised wear or corrosion resistant coatings to extend screw life and reduce costs.
Barrels and Liners
We are agents for Sagittite barrels, liners and inserts. Sagittite provides the ultimate in corrosion and wear resistance . Depending on the application and size of the extruder Sagittite components will last from three to ten times longer than conventional nitrided parts. Components are available for all twin screw extruders and small singles. Barrels and liners are also available at excellent prices in nitrided, tool steel and bimetallic materials.
Overhauls and Alterations
If your extruder looks like this don't scrap it! We can restore it to an "as new" condition or modify it to enable you to produce a completely different product. We can also design and manufacture new dies to suit your product.
