is a manufacturer of precision mold and plastic products. established in 1999 by rich experienced CNC engineers.covering an workplace area of 1500 square meters, with 60 professional engineers and technicians.
We have adopted the advanced CAD/CAM/CAE designing and manufacturing flow chart, being used process software such as Master-cam, Auto-CAD, Pro-E, UG, Solid-works and so on. Adopting numerical control equipment such as CNC and EDM, which help us to guarantee the reliable quality to meet customer's different demands.

We design and make injection molds for overseas and domestic clients for a long time. Most of mold weights are between 50 KG and 8 Tons; we often use the moldbases and standard components of LKM, which specialized in supplying moldbases and parts. The core/cavity steels often used are such as IMPAX718,NAK80,LKM818,LKM838,etc; We can make molds according to the customers variable requirements, such as Hot Runner, D-M-E standard components, insulator plates, etc;
This mold is made for our Netherlands customer, this mold is somewhat complex since it has five hydraulic cylinders to drive the sliders in some sequences at different time; this mold dimension is 151*53*118CM, its weight is about 1.2 TONS. We not only design and make molds, but also have a moulding department with 8 sets of plastic injection machines, which are imported from TAIWAN by the end of last year, its size are between 80 T and 220 T. Engineer Department
We have ten engineers of mold tool design with rich experience at Engineer Dept, We design and draw up process with the most advanced software such as Pro-E, UG, Auto-CAD, and Master-CAM. The manufacturing flow chart of the whole mold tool workshop was charged by Engineer Department.
