Thread Repair Kits
Helicoil Thread Repair Kits are available in Metric & Imperial series such as UNC/UNF & BSW /BSF.
Helicoil Kit contains a HSS Tap, Installation tool,Drill bit , Tang braking pin & complimentary SS inserts .
Kits are available in most commonly used sizes by the industry.
Wire Thread Inserts
Helicoil Wire Thread Inserts are made of cold rolled 18-8 grade Stainless steel best suited for most of the industrial needs.
Helicoil inserts are available as free running & thread locking inserts as a standard product in both metric & imperial range.
Helicoils inserts can be supplied in other materials such as INCONEL , NIMONIC 90 , Phosphorus Bronze , Beryllium Copper and with special coating & plating requirements such as Cadmium plating , Silver plating , Zinc plating and Dry film lubricants.
Helicoil inserts can be supplied starting from as small size as M1.6 , M2 and onwards to the largest size requirement in the industry.
Installation Tools
Helicoil Insertion Tools - Prewinder Type are available as both plain slotted and threaded mandrel tools.
Prewinder tools are best suited for quick & fatigue free installation of inserts in production line to achieve a high quality of insert installation , prevent jumping of coil threads .
Threaded mandrels are recommended for screw locking inserts.
Thread Cutting Taps
Helicoil Threading Taps are available in HSS as standard and also in other materials such as HSSE & application specific special coatings.
Helicoil Taps are available as Hand Taps & Machine Taps
Gauges
Helicoil Gauges are available as Go/No Go thread plug gauges for inspection of threaded holes formed by Helicoil Taps.

It has been observed that Automation tools can significantly reduce the insallation time, some times to 1/10th ( one tenth) of time taken by conventional methods.
