Introduction
Our company is located in Jiangsu province, which neighbours with Shanghai, in China.As a combined enterprise, we are
specialited in producing castings, die-castings, forgings,gears, machining components by CNC machine tools and plastic
products. With equipment of quality and competitive costs, our products have been exported to some countries for years.Especially, our factories can manufacture the machine components and plastic products according to drawings or
samples from customers. We are devoting ourselves to supply products of high quality and good services to customers

Castings
Our main castings products consist of gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, ductile cast iron, carbon or low alloy cast steel and stainless steel. There are kinds of casting equipments in our side, such as cupolas, frequency induction furnaces, electric furnaces, molding machines, resin-bonded sand molding line and heat treatment equipments. Generally, the weight of single castings is up to 1000Kgs for cast iron and up to 800Kgs for cast steel.
Die-Castings
We can manufacture aluminium die-castings and zinc alloy die-castings. There are 125T, 160T, 180T, 250T and 500T die-castings machines and kinds of aluminium or zinc melting furnaces. Factory has 40 sets of moulds making equipments and produces more than 50 sets of moulds every year. The capacity of die-castings is above 500T per year.
orgings
The forging machines are air hammers 150Kgs, 250Kgs,560Kgs,750Kgs and 1000Kgs; hydraulic press 160T, 200T, 315T, 630T; friction press 630T; and the band saw machines for cut materials.
Machining
Equipments?Lathes, milling, drilling, boring, grinding, broaching machines and planers. The lathes and milling machines are equipped with CNC systems, as our factory makes economic type of CNC systems. We can manufacture products of different shapes. Gear making equipments: Gear hobbing, shaping, shaving, honing and grinding machines. We can produce spur, bevel, helical, spiral gears, racks and sprockets. Generally, the module of gears: 1 - 10; module of opinions : 0.5 - 0.8; The Max Dia. Of gears is 320mm; The Max. precision of gears is grade 6.
Plastics
Our plastic products can be made by ABS, NYLON, PVC, EVA, PP, PE, PS, POM, EPDM, DESMOPAN, POLYCARBONATE, UHMW and so on. Normally, the capacity of our plastics injecting machines is up to 4000g; for some very large sized plastics, the Max. machine which is 10000g can be used. We can manufacture the moulds of plastics by CNC moulds making machines to meet requirements of different shapes and keep the sizes of plastics are correct .
