Precision Dynamics Manufacturing, Inc. is a precision machine shop all custom design located in Raleigh, NC known for being renowned center for technical innovation specializing in all types of bone screws and systems used in surgery. Some of the systems we have manufactured for our customers are used in Oral & Maxillofacial surgery, Orthopedic surgery, Neuro and spine surgery. Including internal/external fixation devices, medical instrumentation and various types of cervical, thoracic and lumbar systems.

Our machine shop currently houses state of the art Swiss CNC machines with 5 and 6-axis capacity up to 3/4" in diameter. We have CNC milling and CNC turning capacity of up to 8" in diameter. We work with all types of materials.
