May Coating Technologies was established in 1983. May Coating's expertise is in the design and manufacture of hot melt web coating systems and thermoplastic processing equipment. May Coating products included several standard lines of hot-melt application equipment and a complete line of hot-melt processors. The line of hot-melt processors also includes our patented inverted drum unloader. Years of experience in designing and building systems for precision web coating applications have resulted in a line of cost-effective coater/laminators, die coating modules, roll coaters and rotary screen pattern coaters including the patented deckle slot die. In 2005 the May Coating Technologies name and line of standard web handling and coating equipment was sold to and integrated into Remmele Engineering’s Automation Division facility.
