The AET's "Advantage Series" line of shape producing extruders (see picture below), available in all standard sizes, are ideally configured for in line applications. They are equipped with base mounted control panels for easy access and set-up. They can also be supplied with a quick disconnect clamp and die swing gate to change the screens in a breaker plate or for die interchangeability.

The AET's "Advantage Series" line of fiber and filament extruders (see picture below), available in all standard sizes, are configured in “Thermal expansion to the rear” (if required) for this application. They are supplied with a powder or low-pressure gas feed screw seal in the back of the feed section. Designed specifically for Nylon, Polyester and polypropylene fibers, they are equipped with barrier feed screws for high outputs and low melt temperatures.

The AET's "Advantage Series" line of “Hot Melt” extruders (see picture below) are available from 4 inch (100mm) to 15 inch (380mm) in diameter, and are used to pump pre-melted materials from a twin screw or another single screw extruder, continuous or batch mixers through a pelletizing or shape die. They are supplied with oversized feed openings and the feed section can be water-cooled and/or oil or electrically heated. The feed can also be equipped with an optional ram feeder for batch mixer applications or hard to feed materials.

The AET's "Advantage Series" line of compounding and pelletizing extruders (see picture below), available in all standard sizes, can be supplied to a maximum L/D ratio of 50:1. The longer units enable multiple vent ports and/or side feed ports to be incorporated. They are supplied with custom designed feed screws incorporating a variety of mixing sections for superior mixing ability. They are also available with vacuum venting, single or twin-screw side feeders to incorporate additives such as wood flour, fiberglass, etc. and screw (crammer) feeder (see photo below) for hard to feed materials like powder, light bulk density, etc. Down stream they can be equipped with screen changers (slide plate or continuous) and pelletizer (under water, water ring, water slide or strand type systems)
