METS-PC twin screw extruder for powder coatings laoratory model
MALIK'S Twin screw Extruders employ specially designed gear boxes to drive the screws. The performance of Twin screw Extruders have been hampered because of the need for high capacity bearings in limited space because of close spacing of the screws. We at MALIK'S have specially developed the Gear boxes that employ high capacity bearings capable of absorbing high loads in limited space. The helical gears are hardened and ground for silent running and long life.
Twin screw & Barrel elements: MALIK'S design and manufacture various twin screw and Barrel in solid as well as segmental types. Screw elements are mostly used for Compounding and powder coatings, co-rotating Extruders. Such elements also are used for majority of twin screw Extruders designed for extrusion of starch & its products and for the extrusion of ready-to-eat food cereals & snack food, the separate elements being assembled on suitable shafts for different L/D ratio or geometry to suit the compound being handled on the extruder. The screw elements are carefully engineered, fully intermeshing and self wiping for quick cleaning and maximum output. Hard, wear resistant surface of screw elements and barrel ensure long life and high outputs for long periods of time.

MALIK'S RUBBER MACHINERY:
HOT FEED EXTRUDER in screw sizes of 50, 65, 75, 100mm (5:1 L/D) suitable for processing warm rubber to produce hoses, tubings, profiles & sections, tyre treads, cables, etc.
MALIK'S manufacture Single Screw Hot Feed Extruder for warm rubber strips.The screw configuration is specially designed with multistart threads and is hollow bored to control the temperature.The screw is manufactured from special steel and hardened for long life.The cylinder is press fitted with hardened liner and is jacketed for temperature control.All the flow channels including the die have smooth finish for easier cleaning and the controlled shear minimises the risk of "scorching" of rubber.
DISPERSION KNEADER in 10, 35 litres capacities, suitable for producing RUBBER COMPOUNDS.
The Rotors are counter rotating and rotate at differential speed and have special helical blades with hardened edges for long life.Both the mixing chamber and rotors are temperature controlled. Dumping is by automatic tilting of the chamber by suitable motorised gear unit.
