Futuresoft Technologies Inc. (FTI) is a private company specialized in technologies in plastic materials, their processing equipment and processed products. FTI offers turn-key production systems of wood-plastic composite, extruders, and dies, especially profile dies for wood-plastic, PVC, and TPE. Our polymer nanocomposite technology has been able to make the composite to have much higher property enhancement than those by other technology.
FTI has customers in Canada, United States, Japan, China, Taiwan, and Europe. We have served the industries of automobile, construction, petrochemical, transportation, packaging, food, and so on.

OUR TECHNOLOGY
Worldwide, there are few companies or organizations could offer the complete technology solutions to wood-plastic composite (WPC). FTI has dedicated its majority business and research to WPC. FTI is one of the pioneers in developing and commercializing WPC technology in North America, and the first in China. Through ten year's continuous efforts, Futuresoft Technologies Inc. has developed its patented and proprietary technology in wood-plastic composite technology. Our technology includes six (6) aspects:

1. System integration technology. We believe in and have been working on system integration, where individual component interacts with each other. The success or failure, and value-addition all happen here. We can make "1+1 = 3, or 4" through system integration.
2. Material technology, including bonding the dissimilar wood flour and plastics, formulation to make various products, raw material selection and preparation, etc.
3. Computerized industrial scale machinery to make WPC products at profitable speeds, with least costs and highest property and quality. We have utilized computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to develop our machinery, which few have the CAE ability.
4. Processing technology, including processing for various products and raw materials, from solid, hollow, open profile, to foaming and co-extrusion, from wood flour, fiber, ricehull, natural fibers, to HDPE, PP, PVC, etc. Engineering is in details. We have spent significant effort to develop each and every product and material before we pass it to our customers;
5. CAE extrusion die technology, including high speed and high precision dies of solid, foamed, co-extruded, pallet, deck, post, handrail, window and door profiles, TPE automotive dies, etc. We have achieved speeds nobody have achieved before, with tight tolerances. We even calculate the dependence of die performance with other machinery to make sure every part of our extrusion system works together.
6. Product development technology. We have utilized our expertise and experience with WPC to develop WPC products with our customers to compete with existing products and materials. We have multi-disciplinary engineering teams to work on the product development concurrently with our machinery development. We analyze the economics, technical pros and cons of every design, conduct experiments and interact with our customers, who knows their industries, markets and product needs. We have fast turnout for new product development.
Futuresoft Technologies Inc. (FTI) is a private limited liability company specialized in technologies in polymeric materials, their processing equipment and processed products. FTI offers turn-key production systems of wood-plastic composite using its patented and proprietary technology and other extrusion related equipment and computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools. The systems include single-screw and twin-screw extruders (SSE and TSE), high output and precision extrusion dies, wood flour dryer, conveying and mixing systems, and downstream equipment. FTI also offers components of extrusion, such as extruders and dies, especially profile dies for wood-plastic, PVC, and TPE. We have been working on polymer nanocomposite (PNC) recently. Our technology has been able to make the PNC to have much higher property enhancement than those by other technology.
