What are Alpha's instrumentation products?
Alpha's line of testing instruments measure the dynamic, physical and processability characteristics of rubber and polymers. Our three main instrumentation categories are: 1) Curemeters consisting of Rubber Process Analyzers (RPAs), Advanced Polymer Analyzers (APAs), Moving Die Rheometers (MDRs), and Oscillating Disk Rheometers (ODRs), 2) Viscometers such as Mooney Viscometers (MVs & VSMs), and 3) Universal Testers (tensile testers) featuring the T2020.

ECLIPSE Technical Software, a division of Alpha Technologies, offers more than 15 years of experience in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) automation for the rubber and polymer industries. ECLIPSE software can be installed standalone, LAN, or WAN based. ECLIPSE modular, upgradable software can perform data acquisition, analysis and custom reporting from virtually any instrument or production floor automation device, manage recipe and compound development, and provide mixer monitoring and control.
ENTERPRISE, our new FLAGSHIP Product Line, offers top-of-the-line flexibility and performance.
What are Alpha's worldwide service and support products?
Our AlphaCare line of service and support products consist of customer-site installation, warranty, breakdown response, telesupport, operator / maintenance training, Applications and Solutions consulting, and Calibration and Preventive Maintenance Program (CPMP) services.
