Amspec has been operating under these principles for over twenty years. Amspec Chemical Corporation was incorporated in the State of New Jersey in March of 1983 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Antimony Products of America (APOA). The focus of the new company was antimony-based chemicals such as antimony oxide, crosslinkers, and liquid dispersions for plastics and textiles for which Amspec holds patents. Amspec also produced metal organics for the glass and adhesives industries.
In 2004, 75 percent of Amspec's shares were transferred to Kay Pali while 25 percent remained under the control of APOA. Under this new ownership our ideals and objectives have not changed. We remain focused on providing quality material and personalized customer service to each and every customer. Our customers range from the smallest operations to the largest chemical conglomerates.
