Automated Extrusion Tooling specializes in the designing, manufacturing, development and support of profile extrusion tooling for the plastics industry including die and calibration systems and other downstream solutions. In addition to offering tooling solutions we do research and product development as it relates to extruded products.

We at Automated provide tooling solutions for a variety of extrusion applications including multi-hollows, single walled, cellular, co-extruded, and composites. We have experience in a number of polymers including RPVC, FPVC, HDPE, LLDPE, HMWPE, PP, PC, PS, ABS, HIPS, ASA, and others. We have experience with cellular RPVC, CPVC, HDPE, and PS. Automated as a company has extensive experience in wood composites and other bio-fiber composite materials that contain PVC, PE, PP and cellular versions of these as well as the capping of composite based materials.

We will work closely with you in order to develop customized solutions to meet your specific needs with respects to your machinery, expectations, as well as you customer's needs. We design tooling systems to be utilized with either twin-screw or single screw extruders as well as your specific downstream equipment. We can provide systems in either single-strand or multi-strand configurations. We have developed partnerships with extruder manufacturers, downstream and auxiliary equipment manufacturers, material suppliers, and additive specialists to leverage our core competency of tooling technology in order to provide turnkey solutions for your project.

On staff we employ designers, toolmakers, extrusion technicians, EDM specialists, and support staff. We utilize the latest designing and manufacturing technologies at our manufacturing facility. We have a fully equipped extrusion lab by which we provide tool development, product development, and research. All of the technologies and equipment are used in conjunction with real world experience and a solid grounded common sense approach to yield practical solutions for our customers. We provide these solutions to companies large and small including original equipment manufacturers extruding their own products to custom profile extrusion firms.
