At Berner Industries we are constantly striving to improve on the continuous molding process by introducing new technology through extensive research and development programs.
Our facility houses two molding lines which are available for testing and refining end product to the specifications that our customers may require.
Much of our efforts have centered on perfecting our equipment to process EPS scrap. We are pleased to inform you that currently all of our molding machines can produce high quality board using up to 100% regrind EPS scrap.
All of our machines are fully automatic.
We also provide custom built machinery and equipment, complete turn-key plants, training, know-how, licenses, and consulting.
