Aaron Process New Processing Equipment
Aaron Process mixers are designed for mixing, blending and kneading of medium to high density products. The mixing action assures distribution of product from one blade to the other. Product buildup is kept to a minimum due to the close tolerance maintained between the blades and the bowl. Units can be supplied for positive pressure, atmospheric or vacuum; tilting, extruding or bottom discharge; fixed or variable speed drive and jacketed or non-jacketed applications. Choose from two classes of mixers.

Consign Your Equipment With Aaron
Aaron can market your surplus equipment on a consignment basis. With Aaron's approval the Seller has an option to store the equipment at one of Aaron's facilities until sold. Criteria:
1. Each item must fit into one of our categories. * Unless other arrangements have been made.
2. Each item must have a $3,000 minimum sales price.
3. Items must be placed on consignment for a minimum of one (1) year. * Six (6) month contracts are available depending upon the equipment type and your needs.

Equipment Reconditioning Services and In House Shop Capabilites
When we say "buying and selling made easy" we mean it!
Aaron sells used equipment on an "as is" basis. In order to help our customers determine the condition of purchased equipment we can provide the following testing services for a nominal charge:
1. Test running equipment mechanically under power.
2. Vacuum testing.
3. Spark testing glass-lined surfaces.
4. Perform dye penetration tests on welds.
5. Dynamically balancing of rotating parts i.e. centrifuges.
For our customers who wish to have their equipment reconditioned and do not wish to undertake the project management themselves. Aaron equipment provides complete reconditioning services in our 40,000 sq. ft. shop. Aaron is capable of completely rebuilding most types of processing equipment. In addition we can provide new drive systems and PLC controls systems customized to your process equipment requirements.

In most cases, the customer is responsible for transportation costs. However, if you are not familiar with the many aspects of moving large equipment, Aaron can make the shipping arrangements per your request. Because of the large volume of items that we ship, Aaron works with many qualified and insured companies who are capable of transporting your equipment. As an added benefit, Aaron can also offer rigging services to our clients on a case-by-case basis. We can dismantle and remove complete lines or entire plants, and we will issue you a copy of our insurance to assure you that the work done on your premises will be left clean and without incident.
