Executive ManagementPratap (Pat) Oza
President and Founder
Before founding Cooling Technology Inc in 1986, Mr. Oza spent more than two decades designing process cooling applications for the plastics industry. Previous to Cooling Technology, Mr. Oza was affiliated with Application Engineering and Thermal Care, among others. A Professional Engineer, Mr. Oza was graduated in from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Sheetal Desai
Operations Manager
After several years of working at Cooling Technology part-time during college breaks, Sheetal joined the company full time in 1994 and has made significant contributions to the company’s operational efficiency. At present, Sheetal capably oversees the company’s production scheduling, accounting, marketing, IT and operations functions as well as serving as an integral part of the Customer Service team. Sheetal was graduated in 1992 from the UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture.

Nancy Blonowicz

Nancy obtained a B.S. in Biology and has worked in the medical research field at the University of Rochester and Notre Dame University. She has settled in Charlotte after quite a nomadic lifestyle. Nancy joined Cooling Technology in the spring of 2006 with over 20 years of bookkeeping experience. Nancy currently manages our accts. receivables, and job cost operations.

Originally from Eastern Pennsylvania, Todd attended Penn State before graduating from UNC-Charlotte with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. Since then, Todd has worked for Carotek and Ebara, amassing more than 10 years experience in engineering design and sales management with HVAC and engineered process cooling systems.

Having joined Cooling Technology in early 2007, Mark comes to us with several years of experience in sales and knowledge of refrigeration componenets. Mark has joined our team and provides superior customer service with equipment sales as well as spare parts.

EngineeringMichael Harrington
Engineer, Systems
Mike has been with Cooling Technology since 1992 and has more than 22 years experience in technical projects, including mechanical and electrical design, drafting, fabrication and machine shop experience. With more than 10 years of intensive CAD experience, Mike is involved in Cooling Technology product design, project installations and project management. Previously, Mike worked with Pure-Aire Inc. and Teledyne Allvac.

Shad Gibson
Electrical Engineer
Shad has played a key role in the designing of the electrical componets of Cooling Technology's products. In addition to designing the electrical cabinets, Shad overlooks the quality control of the products before they ship to our customers.



Clark Andrews
Heat Transfer Engineer
Clark originally from the eastern shore of Maryland, graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland-College Park. He has previously worked for M&M Refrigeration, Inc. as a project engineer on high capacity, low temperature refrigeration systems. Clark joined Cooling Technology in the summer of 2007 as a project engineer for our industrial chiller applications.

John Wayne Pierce
Installation Specialist
In his more than 15 years at Cooling Technology, John has traveled across the U.S. and Mexico to supervise process cooling system installation and service projects. With 35 years experience -- including superintendent stints with Associated Mechanical Contractors, Century Contractors, and Center Plumbing and Heating -- John is the recipient of a Basic Refrigeration Certificate from York Refrigeration School, is certified in PVC welding, and holds a NC P1 Plumbing License.
