DELL MARKING SYSTEMS was founded in 1973 as a company dedicated to providing marking devices and marking inks to the automotive industry.

Founded with a focus on superior customer service in a newly evolving industry, no application was too tough or unimaginable for the founders. Over the years Dell has continued its position as a leader in applying new technologies.

Dell developed the line of metric blue inks to distinguish metric fasteners.

Dell was first to develop fluorescent inks that were tire friendly, compatible with rubber, water removable, non-staining, quick drying and detectible by a fluorescent scanner. Dell's introductory system was capable of applying its mark to a tire rotating at 330 FPM. Dell continues to service the tire industry.

Dell introduced Solid State Electronic Controls to the marking industry.

Dell introduced the Micro-Mini Marker, the smallest, low-pressure, atomizing spray marker in the world. This product revolutionized marking. No longer was it necessary to adapt old technology to new marking requirements.

Dell introduced the Micro Processor, the Dell Marking Control Module (DCM-9010) which allowed reject marking, striping and independent control of multiple marking devices. Never before had an operator been given that much control.

New to today's market is Dell's disposable ink cartridge, closed-looprecirculating ink delivery system, micro-dot and micro-striping systems and marking system integration.

Dell Marking Systems has stayed the course of its founding fathers by continuously providing innovative marking solutions, superior customer service and serving as a resource to all requests.
