DCC manufactures and supplies inorganic and organic colour pigments, pigment preparations and dispersions, to our customers in the plastics, coatings, printing ink and paper industries worldwide. Total customer satisfaction is our ultimate goal. To help meet this goal, DCC has implemented and maintains a Quality System (QS) that conforms to ISO 9001:2000. This system is described in the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS) Manual.
The QMS Manual is complemented by procedures for product development through to customer delivery including purchasing, customer order review, product specifications, testing, control of nonconforming products and corrective action, internal audits, and documentation control.
DCC's Quality Policy is supported by the following commitments and goals i.e.:

To continually expect and support quality performance and excellence in everything we do
To respond quickly and effectively to our customers' needs and requests at all times
To progressively eliminate customer complaints by supplying consistent quality products on time, free from packaging, shipping and invoicing deficiencies from all locations
To continually improve productivity, Do It Right First Time (DIRFT), and costs in all our operations
To progressively eliminate slow moving and non-saleable inventory at all sites
To obtain and maintain ISO 9001:2000 registration at all DCC sites
DCC is committed to the improvement of its quality performance through applying resources and training to continually improve our product and service offering to our customers. Quality Plans are developed and implemented for each DCC site. A Management Review of the Quality System is conducted semi-annually to ensure the continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the QS. This includes a review of the progress in meeting objectives and targets set for Quality Improvement Plans and ISO 9000 Scorecards each year.
The ultimate responsibility for implementing this policy and meeting the objectives rests with Senior Management; however, all DCC employees have specific responsibilities for which they are held accountable.
