FANUC Robotics offers its experienced team of service engineers to provide a wide variety of support services to its customers. FANUC Robotics provides seven basic levels of service and repair support to maximize robot and robotic system availability and uptime. Basic levels include:
Service is available regionally in Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and the United States to minimize response time. Service on-site response times in the United Sates are typically eight (8) hours or less during normal business hours and 12 hours or less during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays (based on typical weather or road conditions, flight availability and performance, and the availability of appropriately skilled service personnel and parts).
