Ajax TOCCO is pleased to announce the introduction of the FECO product line to its family of thermal processing systems. FECO has been a world leader in the metal decorating arena for many decades, producing Pin Ovens and Internal Bake Ovens (IBO), Cap Cure, Wicket Ovens, and Container Handling Equipment used to process Aluminum and Steel Containers for the Beverage, and Food Industries.
FECO products have served the Foundry Industry for over 85-Years supplying Core/Mold Wash Drying Ovens as well as custom designed and manufactured batch and continuous oven systems for tempering, annealing, aging, solution heat treating, preheating, and other heat processing operations. Full ranges of heating systems are available providing operating temperatures up to 1400º F with a comprehensive range of options, including many innovative conveying systems.
To satisfy growing environmental awareness, more manufacturers are replacing conventional plating/coating processes with alternative coating solutions that provide comparable or improved corrosion resistance along with improved recyclability, and reduced environmental impact. The FECO procduct line works with many types of color coatings, barrier coatings, varnishes, plastisol, zinc-rich coatings, foundry core washes, and others, offering fluid bed, flow-coating, dip, dip-spin, dacroment, powder and spray systems, as well as a unique and cost effective method of applying barrier coatings to plastic and glass containers.
Ajax TOCCO Magnethermic has worldwide operations in nine countries. In North America, we have manufacturing facilities in two major locations as well as eight regional service centers. Ajax TOCCO is one of the few induction equipment manufacturers that maintains a full-time research and development program. We design and build all of our power supplies and as a result, are able to supply our customers with the latest technology available. Our 600 domestic and international employees give us the ability to handle large orders or volume increases while maintaining our commitment to quality, service and delivery.

Spare Parts
Ajax TOCCO offers an extensive computerized inventory of factory certified replacement parts for our induction heating and melting equipment to assure quick turn around. We also offer replacement parts for all other makes of induction equipment. Our commitment to customer support means Ajax TOCCO is available to handle emergencies any time of the day, any day of the week.
Delivery
Ajax TOCCO has the engineering staff, materials sourcing, manufacturing capacity, test facilities, floor space, startup service and technical support to provide you with timely delivery. We have full system testing and a metallurgical lab both in our Boaz, Alabama facility and our Warren, Ohio facility.
Training
Ajax TOCCO provides a wide variety of schools for customers since the early 1970's. These include regularly scheduled formal schools at either of our plants in Warren Ohio or Boaz, Alabama or we can arrange for formal or informal instruction at your facility. Training of your personnel usually begins with equipment runoff and startup; formal maintenance training is usually scheduled sometime after the equipment has been in operation.
