C SERIES - MEDIUM PRESSURE
STAINLESS STEEL PUMP - MATERING, THRUST,
VACUUM EXTACTION, PROCES FLUIDS

Foot mounted pump to accommodate axial couplings. Pumps
can be bidirectional, depending on seal. Complete packages ava-
ilable including base plate, coupling, reducer, motor, and controls.
Capacities from 1 to 3,000 cc/rev. Pressures up to 435 psi (30 bar),
standard temperatures up to 428° F (220° C)

F SERIES - METERING, THRUST,
VACUUM EXTRACTION, LUBRICATION,
PROCESS FLUIDS


F series pumps are a compact version with lantern-assembly for
direct coupling, MEC motors, speed variators or reducers. Pumps ho-
using and covers are in cast iron UNI G 25 or carbon steel (from rolled bar),
the rotors are in AISI 4140 with nitriding process. Internal bearings, ( so abra-
sive fluids are very dangerous ), are in bronze; cast iron with nitriding process
available. Standard shaft seals are single mechanical; lip seals and quench available
on request. Suction point and delivery point are threaded UNI 338 , flange available.
The pumps are bi-directional, but dependant on the type of mechanical seal, or if a
safety valve ( by pass ) is provided as an option, and a sense of rotation must be
chosen ( standard clockwise ). Heating jackets are available on request.

P SERIES - METERING, THRUST,
VACUUM EXTRACTION, LUBRICATION,
PROCESS FLUIDS

P series pumps are built with feet to consent axial couplings on
standard base plate. Various drives are available, such as motors,
speed variators and/or reducers type B3 UNEL MEC. Pumps housing and
covers are in cast iron UNI G 25 or carbon steel (from rolled bar), the rotors are
in AISI 4140 with nitriding process. Internal bearings,( so abrasive fluids are very

clockwise ) Pump heating jackets are available on request.

D SERIES - METERING

D series pumps are built with feet to consent axial couplings
on standard base plate. Variours drives are available, such as
motors, speed variators and/or reducer type B3 UNEL MEC. Pumps
housing is in cast iron UNI G25(from rolled bar), the covers are in cast
iron with nitriding process, the shafts are in steel NI.CR.MO hardened and
the gears are in AISI 4140. Wear plates are lubricated by the pumped liquid,
so are very dangerous abrasive fluids. Standard shaft seals are single mechanical;
gland packing seals and quench available on request. Suction point and delivery point
are threaded UNI 338 ¼" gas.

L SERIES - THRUST AND
LUBRICATION.

L series pumps are a compact version with lantern-assembly for
direct coupling, with joint, to type B3/B14 UNEL MEC motors, speed
variators or reducers. Pumps housing and covers are in cast iron UNI
G25 (from rolled bar), the rotors are in AISI 4140, internal bearings, ( so
abrasive fluids are very dangerous) are in steel-PTFE and standard shaft seals
is guaranteed by lip seals. Suction point and delivery point are threaded UNI 338,
flange available. The pumps are bi-directional, but dependant if a safety valve ( by pass
is provided as an option, and a sense of rotation must be chosen ( standard: clockwise ).
