1.AUTOMATIC HOPPER LOADER
Fully Automatic, compact design, continuous conveying capacity upto 600kgs/hr. Conveyor, up to 13 mm long complete with Sensor & Electrical Panel for Auto Precise Control.
2. TWIN SCREW EXTRUDER
BST Extruders designed in latest Twin Screw Counter Rotating Technology with Controlled Raw Material feeding having 100 - 450 kgs / hr capacity with compact Gear Box design and complete with AC / DC drive Synchronization of Extruder, Feeder and Haul off.
3. DIE HEAD WITH TROLLEY
Precision design assures smooth and utilization of Extruder's capacity. Big Die Heads are provided with trolley for ease of mounting.
4. DIES, MANDRALS & SIZERS
Accurate dies with high output covers wider range of pipe diameters.
5A. VACUUM CALIBRATORS
Designed to save energy, Superior Product Quality, Reduction in wastage, Aided by two separate Circuit of Vacuum Generation for quick formation & Water Spray for efficient cooling.
5B. SPRAY BATH
Inexpensive, Open Constructed Spray Bath are Designed for pressure sizing provided with Nozzles to Cool Product efficiency to match both higher extrusion speed & much higher heat exchange rate.
6. HAUL OFF / TAKE UP
Designed with exchangeable Gripper Pads & Chain to avoid any Slippage Supplied with AC / DC drive Synchronization with Extruder. Two Chain Belts are provided for pipe upto 200 mm & four Belts for pipe up to 400 mm.
7 HOT EMBOSSING / MARKING MACHINE
Online, Automatic, Rotary, Hot Embossing / Marking Machine, Mark/ Emboss the Logo, Pipe size, Classification etc at present variable distance.
8A. CUTTING SAW
Automatic plunge type cutting saws are designed for pipe dia up to 200mm for preset variable lengths of cuts.
8B. PLANETARY SAW
Automatic Planetary Saw are designed for Pipes above 200 mm dia for present variable lengths of cuts.
9. TRIPPING CHUTE
Designed for Automatic unloading device with sensing for accurate length cutting at high production rate.
10. SCRAP GRINDER
High speed Scrap Grinder is designed to feed pipe upto 250mm, at the rate of Upto 250 kgs/hr with built in water jacket for heat exchanging and powered by 40 HP AC Motor.
PARALLEL TWIN SCREW & BARREL
Twin Screw Barrels are designed in a variety of styles to suit Pipes, profits & sheets and are tailored to meet individual application need. All Screws Barrels are manufactured from high quality Nitroalloy EN-41B steel with Ground or Honed Bores and having Nitrogen case hardened surfaces making them extremely durable and wear resistant.
