We can supply you with streamlined dies, capstock dies, and coextrusion dies for solid and hollowed profiles. The sizing tools we are using for larger profiles are dry sleeve type calibrators followed by spray tank(s). With smaller profiles, sizing depends on the profile. We can deliver what you need made to fit your standard die, heater, and sizer mounting or we can develop a standard just for you!
Computer-aided designing, CNC Mill machining, and four-axis wire machining of all profiles help improve quality and accuracy. We can also build tooling for coextrusion and postextruded flexible profiles. All work is done on the premises by our trained staff. We specialize in window profiles with line speeds of 1-15 FPM. Prototype tooling is also available.
