Semi / Fully Automatic Horizontal / Vertical Plunger Type Injection Moulding Machine

Semi/Fully Automatic Plunger Type Injection Moulding Machines are available with Horizontal Injection System in capacities ranging from 20 gms to 100 gms shot weight.

These machines are designed for moulding thermoplastic material such as polystyrene, high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, nylon, polypropylene, cellulose acetate, butyrate, ABS, PVC and now also ceramics. The machine is suitable for moulding of all types of small plastic components for household applications, electrical, electronics, telecommunication and engineering industries etc.
For moulding with inserts, Boolani offers Vertical Bottom Locking Injection Moulding Machines. 

Fully Automatic Screw Type Injection Moulding Machine

Injection moulding is one of the most economical and conventional methods of converting thermoplastic material into variety of simple or complex forms. Boolani Screw type Injection Moulding Machines are available from 49 gms to 5000 gms shot capacity with hydraulically operated toggle type mould clamping unit and moveable injection unit. It has separate panel incorporating controls for hydraulic operations, motor and temperature regulations. These are ideally suitable for moulding of various thermoplastic polymers as well as engineering and filled polymers.

Extrusion System for HM - HDPE Paper Like Film

The HM - HDPE ( High Molecular High Density Polyethylene ) paper like film finds universal application. It is used for the packaging of consumer goods such as records, textile, foods, soaps, etc. Retail stores use it for carrier bags. Industries use it as lining lamination and release film material.
Boolani HM - HDPE Film Extruder has a specially designed screw and spiral die along with an adjustable nip haul-off and a two-station winding unit.
Four - station winding and sitting arrangement can also be made as per customers requirements. The special design of this extruder also facilitates extrusion of LLDPE blown films with addition of a components.
Boolani extrusion plants are available in screw diameter of 30, 40, 50, 65 and 75 mm or higher capacities.

 If you already have an HM - HDPE film extruder (of any make), the Boolani special 'Conversion Kit' helps you make LLDPE films too on the same machine.
We also have Low Base, Low Height Extrusion Systems within clearance of 3 meters for 50 mm extruder. Should you require 100% LLDPE Blown film, Boolani has an extrusion system for it, too.

Multi - Purpose Blown Film Extrusion Plant

Years of experience in manufacturing plastic processing machinery and an innovative outlook together with our quest for perfection have resulted in multipurpose extrusion lines for the perfection of HM - HDPE / LDPE / PP / HDPE / EVA Blown Film with 30, 40, 50, 65, 75 mm screw diameter.


The multipurpose extrusion system helps you cope with sudden spurt in demand of any of these packaging materials, as you can conveniently switch over from production of one polymer to another. This also ensures that the production of your company is not affected due to a temporary shortage of raw material.

Semi / Fully Automatic Screw Type Blow Moulding Machines

Blow moulding is a fast and economical method of producing hollow plastic containers, bottles and jars in one piece, in a single continuous cycle. Blow moulded containers such as bottles, jerry cans and drums are widely used in the packaging of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, edible oil, industrial oil and chemicals.
Boolani semi/fully Automatic Screw type Blow Moulding machines are available from 1 liter to 120 liter capacity and are suitable for using HDPE/LDPE/PP/Polystyrene raw material.
We also offer:
1. Blow Moulding Machine for PVC bottles and containers, used in houses and grocery shops, up to 5 liters capacity.
2. Blow Moulding Machine for polycarbonate bottles and containers, for feeding bottles and high temperature resistant medical containers.
3. High Speed double station PVC/HDPE/PP Blow moulding machines for 0.5 lit. to 2 lit. bottles having production of 10,000 to 15,000 bottles per day depending on polymer and size of bottles.

Boolani R & D is developing blow moulding system for PET bottles containers.

Poly Bag Maker

Boolani's Poly Bag Maker is a versatile fully electronic machine for converting plain/printed plastic film of 25 to 500 gauge (6 to 125 microns) thickness into side or bottom sealed and cut bags of 100 to 1500 mm length. Varieties of bag formations such as, plain, lipped, flapped, gusseted bags can be made. Slide and bottom sealing is done by impulse heating whereas, a special knife is used for cutting bottom of printed bags of precise length.
These machines are available in 450, 600 and 900 mm width giving production of 50 10 80 bags/minute. Transverse sealer can also be provided for making 2 or more rows of bags from a wide lay flat film.
We also offer plain Bottom Sealing Machine with punching  attachment.
