Shop Equipment
CNC Welding
In order to provide our customers with a consistent weld deposit, we use CNC welding equipment when the design of the part being welded permits.
CNC OXY/FUEL Cutting
When the need for a part cut from thick metal (carbon, wear plate, etc.) arises we can custom cut the part you need to either be hardfaced or for fabrication of other parts you may need.
CNC Plasma Cutting
If it is thin carbon steel, stainless or aluminum parts you may need we offer plasma.
CNC Water Jet Cutting Coming Soon
In the near future we will also offer water jet cutting as an option for you.
Mig Welding Equipment
Our shop also has mig welders capable of up to 800 AMPS for the larger diameter hardfacing wires up to 1/8" diameter.
Plate Beveller
Pullmax plate beveller, with a capacity of up to 1" thick mild steel plate.
